Entering
The ArtZone is committed to serving our customers with
the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
Note: All items are Brand New and sealed with full warranty, if
a product was received faulty, please contact us for
a problem code via
email within 5 business days before returning the item
to us.
30 Days Money-Back Guarantee:
The merchandise and packaging
must be clean and in new, resalable condition without any
tape added to the original merchandise container.
Returns must have copy of sales receipt, all packaging, parts, accessories, blank
warranty cards, manuals, etc.
Returns must be packed inside a shipping box.
If these guidelines are not met merchandise may be refused and shipped back to
the customer or there may be a 20% restocking fee implied
at our discretion.
Entering The ArtZone DVD Return Policy
DVD's are sent plastic wrapped
and unopened. Customers can return DVD only if packaging
is still intact an unopened.
No refund on opened
DVD packages. Any defective DVD will be replaced free of
charge.
Shears Warranty:
Entering The ArtZone Shears come with a
30 Days money back guarantee, and lifetime warranty that
protects you against any manufacturing defects
during the life of the product (accidents, physical misuse,
improper sharpening or abuse are excluded).
Clearance Items:
These are products that have discounted
due to discontinuation, overstock, or limited promotion.
These items are not eligible
for refund.
SHIPPING:
All
Orders are shipped within 48 hours after payment is received.
Some items may be subject to additional shipping and handling
surcharges due to:
- size or weight
- shipping destination
You will be provided
with the total shipping cost for your order during checkout.
Order Status: You will
automatically be notified by email when your package is
been shipped.
Domestic: Items
are shipped by U.S.P.S.; normal delivery is 3 to 7 business
days after the item
has been shipped.
International: Approximate
delivery time is 7 to 14 days, but can take up to 30 days
depending on
customs. All orders will be shipped via USPS air mail.
Address
Corrections
We are not responsible at any time for incorrect
address information or products ordered.
Please be sure to check your order email confirmation closely.
If you have found that you made an error, contact us immediately.
Payments
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American
Express and check cards, as long as they are connected
with one of the major credit card companies.
Sales tax
is only applied to orders shipped within the State of Florida.

Checks
For personal and company checks,
we process your order after the funds clear. Please allow
10 banking days
after receipt for clearance of funds before the order is
processed.
Note: Paying by check does slow down your order
significantly. If you are in the United States, paying
by personal check typically delays your order two to three
weeks. Please select another method of payment if you can’t
wait this amount of time.
